This is my personal favorite tool to use in order to pick up and place rhinestones. The entire pencil is made of a white wax which picks up any rhinestone very easily! Simply sharpen to a point, and you'll be on your way to blinging everything and anything!
** Please be sure that there is no glue or residue on the wax tip before use, as this may cause the pencils to not pick up properly! **
